ZyndaX / Modules / Scribe
Module · roadmap

A specialist agent that attends the meeting for you.

Scribe schedules internal and external meetings across attendees' calendars, can join on your behalf, listens, and turns the conversation into a structured, cited summary — decisions and action items, not a raw transcript, pushed into Engram so it's recallable later.

How it works

Same governance spine as everything else.

Scheduling

Conversational, across every attendee's calendar

"Set up 30 minutes with the Falcon team and the client next week" — Scribe finds the slot, sends the invite, handles reschedules.

Attendance

Joins on your behalf, or alongside you

For internal and external meetings — a human still decides what Scribe is authorized to join and record.

Summary

Decisions and action items, not a transcript

The capture becomes a structured, cited artifact in Engram — recallable later: "what did we agree with the client last week?"

Roadmap

Vision-level today — which calendar providers and meeting platforms Scribe integrates with, and how deep each integration goes, aren't scoped yet. Nothing here commits to a specific provider list.

Recalling the meeting summary from Engram

Cited straight back to that meeting's structured summary, not a search through notes.

Where it matters most

Every vertical runs on meetings that need a record.

Client engagements, candidate interviews, delivery standups, intake calls — Scribe is the same specialist agent behind all of them, feeding the module that owns each one.
